WILLIAMS, TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IMPOSING CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF TWO 5 FOOT STRIPS OF LAND LOCATED EAST OF AND ADJACENT TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF A NEW PUBLIC ALLEY DEDICATED TO PUBLIC USE BY THE SAID EMORY WILLIAMS AND WIFE, JANET A. WILLIAMS, AND THIS DAY OPENED BY ORDINANCE ENACTED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: Section 1: The City of Paducah does hereby accept a covenant, dated January 26, 1957 made by Emory Williams and wife, Janet A. Williams, to the City of Paducah which imposes restrictions on the use of two 5 foot strips of land between Broadway and Kentucky Avenue east of and adjacent to a new pub- lic alley dedicated by them to the City for public use and this day opened by ordinance, which covenant was made and delivered in consideration of the opening of said alley. Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to de- liver said covenant to the Clerk of the McCracken County Court for record.
