HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 13, Page 633, No Ordinance Number0 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF BRANDT AUTOMATIC CASHIER COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF ONE COIN SORTER AND COUNTER, 69ITH ATTACHMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SAME BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid of Brandt Automatic Cashier Company for the sale to the City of one (1) Brandt Coin Sorter and Counter, single dial, Plodel SL and with three (3) double capacity coin drawers and two (2) bag attachments. The purchase price of said coin sorter and counter and equipment is to be the sum of 9902.40, less the sum of •;¢125.00 as trade-in value for one (1) used Brandt coin sorter and counter, serial No. 96340, making the net purchase price to be paid by the City in the amount of .;777.40. Delivery to be made within ten (10) days after receipt of the purchase order. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said equipment as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
