AREA KNOWN AS BARKLEY PARK, AND PROVIDING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
HEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIvMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm
or corporation to park or leave any truck for more than one
(1) hour in the area known as Barkley Park between the hours
of 8:00 P.M. and $:00 A.M.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating
the provisions of Section 1 hereof shall, upon conviction, be
fined not less than :;;)5.00 nor more than :;p25.00 for each offense.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect From and after its adoption.
