AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BROADWAY EAST OF FOUNTAIN AVENUE, AND
AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and
Zoning Commission on October 1$, 1956, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTI
THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON THE PRO-
POSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BROADWAY EAST OF FOUNTAIN
AVENUE", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting
That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from R-3 to B-3:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of
Broadway and Fountain Avenue; thence east with the center
line of Broadway 211 feet; thence north with the center
line of an alley 131 feet; thence west parallel with
Broadway 211 feet to the center line of Fountain Avenue;
thence south with the center line o.f'Fountain Avenue 131
feet to the beginning.
Tha t the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred
to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN- ZONING NIAP" be,
and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof.
That if any section, paragraph or provision of
this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or
invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section,
paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph
or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this
ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision
hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after Its adoption.
