AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CLOSING OF A CERTAIN
PORTION OF MURRAY AVENUE WEST OF CULLY STREET, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CORPORATION COUNSEL TO INSTITUTE ACTION IN THE McCRACKEN
CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLOSING SUCH PORTION OF SUCH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CONV'iISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. 'That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does
hereby_ authorize the closing of all of Murray Avenue west of
the west line of Cully Street.
SECTION 2_ That the Corporation Counsel of the City of
Paducah is hereby authorized and empowered to institute and
prosecute, pursuant to the provisions of KHD 94.360, a suit for
a decree ordering the closing of the aforesaid portion of said

effect from and after its adoption.
