ORDINANCE APPROViUG THE FINAL REPORT OF TILE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING C01,34ISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY OAT THE NORTH SIDE OF CAIRO ROAD ITEST OF LOUISE STIIELT, AND AI'-0v1DIIdG THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZCidI•siG BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COi11ISSIONERS OF THE CiTY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on August 1, 1956, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLAiNING AND ZONING C01111111ISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CAIRO ROAD WEST OF LOUISE STREET", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-3 to B-3: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Cairo Road with the west line of the present B-3 zone on the north side of Cairo Road 123.94 feet west of the west line of Louise Street; thence north 65 degrees 2$ minutes 15 seconds west and along the center line of Cairo Road 311.2 feet to H. C. Rottgering?s east line extended; thence north l0 degrees east along Rottgering"s east line 391.08 feet; thence south 53 degrees 29 minutes 45 seconds east 125.50 feet; thence continuing in an easterly direction on a curve to the left for an arc distance of 199.99 feet, which arc has a chord 199.37 feet in length lying south 61 degrees 20 minutes 10 seconds east; thence south 10 degrees west and along the west line of the existing B-3 zone, 349.32 feet to the beginning. SECTIOP 3_ That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAI�i- ZONIHG MAP11 be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTION That if any section, paragraph or provision of this Ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision he reof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sectional, paragraphs and provisions.
