GRASS,PLOT, ALLEY OR OTHER_PUBLIC I'iAY IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF", UHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF CG ! SSTOIdL3S ON JUNE 17, 1947 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0114ISSIONERS OF THE CITY Or, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTIObd 1. That Section 2 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted on June 17, 1947, be, and the same is hereby, amended so that said section as amended shall read as follows: "SECTION 2. Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misde- meanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not less than ,'50.00 and not more than ';100.00, or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period of not exceeding thirty (30) days at the discretion of the Judge or Jury trying the case, and in the event the offense or violation is a continuing one extending from one day to the next, a separate offense.shall be deemed to have been committed on each day involved and shall be subject to a separate penalty under the provisions hereof."
