GRASS PLOT, ALLEY OR OTHER PUBLIC WAY OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COIZiISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEPITUCKY ON SEPTEMER 24, 1946 BE IT ORDAIAZED BY THE BOARD OF C0M7SSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTIOII 1. That Section 6 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted on September 24, 1946, be, and the same is hereby, amended so that said section as amended shall read as follows: "SECTION 6. Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misde- meanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not less than ;50.00 and not more than :;;100.00, or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period of not exceeding thirty.(30) days at the discretion of the Judge or Jury trying the case, and in the event the offense or violation is a continuing one extending from one day to the next, a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day involved and shall be subject to a separate penalty under -the provisions hereof." SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. ...Z, �A 9e ".
