Si;CTT-OI? 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of
George R. Thomas Truck and Tractor Company in the amount of ;;6,307.49 for
one (1) 3-1702 International chassis with 19,500 GVU and 14,500 rear axle
with 13 cubic yard Pak-I.ior body, as specified in the bid of said company,
dated July 6, 1956. Delivery to be made within 6 weeks after contract is �
awarded and color of paint to be designated by the City I;,anager.
SECTION 2. That the City 1;anager be and he is hereby authorized
to enter into a contract for the purchase of said chassis and body as set
out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for public inspection for at least one ,week in the completed form in which
it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force+
and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
