A RESOLUTION C0114ENDING THE SERVICES OF
b1R.. J. C. WILLIA14S, DIRECTOR OF CIVIL DEFENSE IN PADUCAH
KENTUCKY
WHEREAS Dir. J. C. Williams, Director of Civil
Defense in Paducah, Kentucky, has devoted considerable
time and effort in efficiently performing the duties of
his office without compensation, and
WHEREAS the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky desires to publicly thank Dir. Williams
for his services.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for and
on behalf of the City, by this Resolution, publicly express
appreciation and gratitude to 1dr. J. C. Williams for his
capable and untiring efforts in performing his duties as
Director of Civil Defense in Paducah, Kentucky, and that
he be, and he is hereby, commended for the fine spirit of
public service he has shown.
