A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERIC TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEDUMT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AMID THE NASHVILLE,
CHATTANOOGA & ST. LOUIS RAIL.,IAY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 12 IhTCH
CAST IRON SEINER BLAIN BENEATH THE TRACKS OF THE RAILWAY COMP01Y
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CO14JI SSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, ICENTUCICY:
SECTION 1_ That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, an agreement with the City and the Nashville, Chattanooga
& St. Louis Railway for the construction of a 12 inch cast iron pipe
under two (2) tracks of the Company in Third Street in Paducah in f
connection with the Sanitary Sewerage Improvement Program.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect

from and after its adoption and the City Clerk is hereby directed
to forward a certified copy of same to the Nashville, Chattanooga
& St. Louis Railway.
