AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
"TAN ORDINANCE•CREATING THE POSITION OF CLERK TO THE JUDGE OF
THE CITY POLICE COURT, AND FIXING THE SALARY THEREOF", WHICH
WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COVRaSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY ON JULY 1$, 1932, AND A14ENDED ON SEPTEMBER
28, 1954.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CMAISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
LD SECTION 1. That Section 2 of an ordinance containing the
J title quoted above, which was passed by the Board of Commissioners
on July 1$, 1932, and amended on September 28, 1954, be, and the
same is hereby amended and reordained so that said section as
amended and reordained shall read as follows:
°SECTION 2. That the salary of the Clerk of the City Police
Court is hereby fixed at p150.00 per month."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
on and after May 1, 1956.
