A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERIC TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND ILLINOIS
CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 16 INCH CAST IRON
FORCE MAIN BENEATH THE TRACKS OF THE RAILROAD COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMVfISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, an agreement between the City and the Illinois Central
Railroad Company for the construction of a 16 inch cast iron force
main beneath the tracks of the Illinois Central Railroad Company
in connection with the Sanitary Sewerage Improvement Program.
SECTION 2_ This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption, and the City Clerk is hereby directed
to forward certified copy of this Resolution to the Illinois Central
Railroad Company.
