AI?D PIis3CR-NIi - TIL, T310 ;u ID CG iDITTODiS Gr 3A1D COP .IT -YZ:CE the City of Paducah, ;lcntucky Owns a tract of land frontin_• 425 feet on the west side of Flournoy street and extendin back 400 feet and 'pounded on the north by 6th Street and on the south by 7th Street, and CI17 ,'M' AS, the i•icCracken County= Humane Society, inc. has re- quested that it be given a deed to a small tract of said land for an animal shelter, and IISEREAS, it is the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of the City that such animal shelter is needed by said Society and a gift to said Society of a small portion of said tract will not be detrir.:ental to the interest of the city. That the-layor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of Paducah, I{entucky, a deed conveying to KcCracken County Humane Society, Inc. the following described tract of land situated and being in the City of Paducah, County of McCracken and State of Kentucky, to -,..lit: Beginning at a point on the west side of Flournoy street 60 feet south of 6th street; thence southvardly with the west line of Flournoy street 100 feet; thence ?•lestwardl;r and parallel vjith 6th street 100 feet; thence northwardly and parallel with Flournoy street 100 feet; thence eastwardly and parallel with 6th street 100 feet to the ;point of beginning on the west line of Flournoy street. Being a part of the same land conveyed to the City of Paducah by deed dated October 15, 1874 and of record in Deed Book '1:111 page 427 in the i?cCracken_ County Court Clerk*s office. The terms and conditions for said conveyance and to be included in the deed shall be that the City of Paducah i;iill make no covenant as to title and that such conveyance shall be subject to any state of facts that may be shown by an accurate survey. The deed of conveyance shall contain a reversionary clause in favor of the City of Paducah providing that title to the above described land shall revert back to and vest in the City of Paducah at any time such property ceases to be used as an animal shelter, or at any time that the i=:cCrac'_en County humane Society, Inc. should be disbanded. 508 SEC` L,'; 3.
