AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 OF THE "APPOIETIVE E-HPLOYEES
CIVIL SERVICE ORDINANCE", IIHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF C00.13,"I3SIONERS
to ON DECERVER 2, 1947 AND AMENDED ON OCTOBER 4, 1955
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0I41ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, IENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 7 of the "Appointive Employees
Civil Service Ordinance1? which was adopted by the Board of Commission-
ers on December 2, 1947 and amended on October 4, 1955 be, and the
same is hereby amended and reordained so that said section as amended
and reordained shall read as follows:
"SECTION 7. There is hereby created and authorized the following
positions in the Department of Finance, and the salary of each position,
Provided the amount of such salary is not changed under any apportion-
ment ordinance hereafter adopted shall be as follows:
Position
Finance Director, Head of Department
(To be known also as City Treasurer)
Assistant Treasurer
Auditor
Bookkeeping Ieiachine Operator
(formerly Bookkeeper!
Senior Clerk
(formerly Deputy Treasurer)
Clerk -Stenographer

SECTION 2. All 6rdinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
hereviith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTIO:? 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
