BE I^1 ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0I,24ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 7-A be added to the above "Appointive
Employees Civil Service Ordinance" which was adopted by the Board of
Commissioners on December 2, 1947, and which Section 7-A shall read
as follows:
"SECTIOF? 7-A There is hereby created and authorized the
following positions in the Office of the City Assessor, which
office was formerly in the Department of Finance, and the salary
of each position, provided the amount of such salary is not changed
under any apportionment ordinance hereafter adopted, shall be as
f ollows:
Position
Assessor, Head of Department
.Clerk -typist
Salary Per Idonth
:.a3 25.00
180.00
The Cleric -typist shall be paid at the rate of }j1080,00 per month
for the first six months and 'd190.00 per month thereafter upon
recommendation of the City Mianager."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
