AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUPS OF 03296.21 FOR THE USE
OF THE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT OF McCRACKEN COUNTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COV51ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $3296.21 be, and the same is
hereby, appropriated for the use of the Air Pollution Control
District of McCracken County as authorized hinder section 77.125 of
the Kentucky Revised Statutes. The City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to execute a check for the said sum to the order of said
district and shall charge same against the Contingent Fund under
Account No. 1500.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced by the
Board of Commissioners and remain on file for public inspection
for at least one (1) week in the completed form in which it shall
be put upon its final passage, but it being necessary for said sum
to be appropriated as soon as possible to protect the Public Health
and Safety and emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
