Refuse (Sanitary) Division
13. This division shall be under the direction and
supervision of the Chief Foreman of the Refuse
Division, a non -civil service position which
has heretofore been created by separate ordinance
and which is notincluded in this ordinance.

15. Equipment Operator
SECTIOU 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SBCTICH3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
