That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid of Automatic Signal Division, Eastern Industries, inc. in the amount of ;`1,355.75 for sale to the City of Paducah of certain radar speed meter equipment, vihich bid is as follows: I;ET EACH "l - Model S2A Electro-I•atic Radar Speed 1--eter .;x250.00 1 - A-19731 104 A.C. "Shipment on the above equipment can be made in eight to ten weeks after receipt of your purchase order." SECTION 2. That the City Lliaimger be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract with Automatic Signal Division_, Eastern Industries, inc. for the purchase of the equipment as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3.
