TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF CERTAIN RADIO EQUIPI+TENT,
DESCRIBING SUCH EQUIPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY hANAGER TO
CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMKISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid
of Yellow Cab Company in the amount of $750.00 for the sale to the
City of certain radio equipment described as follows:
1 Base Station complete
9 Mobile units complete, except for speakers
5 Mobile receivers complete, except for speakers
1 Fixed monitoring receiver
1 Tube checker
1 Lot of miscellaneous parts
SECTIOT? 2. That the City i.ianager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said articles
as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
