AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND
ZONING CODRJIISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
BRIDGE STREET NEAR LEIBERDIAN STREET, AND AI:IENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING
ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CODUJIISSIQ\IERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, I{ENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
and Zoning Commission on February 1, 1956, entitled: "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONIDiG
GODSSION ON THE PROPOSED REZOiiING OF PROPERTY ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF BRIDGE STREET NEAR LEIBERtIAN STREET", be approved as the final
report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from R=3 to B-3:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of
Bridge Street with the nest line of Leiberman Street;
thence south with the west line of Leiberman street
extended and along the west boundary of the existing
B-3 zone to the south boundary of the existing B-3
zone; thence west with the south boundary of the ex-
isting B-3 zone 70 feet; thence north along the east
boundary of T.H.Park and wife to the center line of
Bridge Street; thence east with the center line of
Bridge Street to the beginning.
SECTION 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred
to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLADi-ZONING ItiiAPII be,
and they are hereby, amerided to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for
any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or
Provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof,
it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every
section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections,
paragraphs and provisions.
SECTS This ordinance shall be in full force and effect fro>>
and after its adoption.
