AUTOiOBILE, AND AUTHORIZING THECITY K'ANIAGER TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI- IISSIOPIERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTIO -101 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid
of West Kentucky Motor Company, Inc. in the amount of }1795.00 for
one (1) 1956 Plymouth Plaza V8 four -door Sedan; five -passenger;
black color; 1$0 H.P.; heavy duty springs and clutch; tao generators
to be installed, 1 6 -volt, 45 amp. generator and 1 12 -volt 60 amp.
generator, installation to be supervised by the City; heavy duty
seat springs; deluxe heater; t.o batteries, 1 6 -volt, minimum amp.
hour capacity 120 and 1 12 -volt, minimum amp. hour capacity 120,
installation to be supervised by the City; oil bath; air cleaner
purilator; directional Signals; spotlight; five first line, standard,
4 -ply tires with tubes; imitation leather seat covers; standard
shift transmission. Delivery to be made within thirty (30) days
after contract is awarded.
SECTIOPI 2. That the City I,ianager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for the purchase of said automobile as set
out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTIONI 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for public inspection for at least one (1) ireek in the completed form
in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
