AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ANNUAL RENTAL CHARGE TO CERTAIN
NON-R-t+SIDENTS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAII, KENTUCKY FOR THEIR USE OF CITY
SE:IJERS
WHEREAS, by ordinance adopted on January 23, 1951 and
14arch 20, 1951, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky entered into agreements with Julia Husbands, H. K. P•Ieyer.s,
C. I•Iartin, W. P. Hall, F. B. Helsey, Jesse Toof, II. U. Hely, A. G.
Lowe, A. R. Herndon and Earle T. Shoup, who were the ovmers of
property outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah,
allowing said owners to connect private server lines onto city
sewers for an annual rental for each person in the sum of .•25.00
beginning April 1, 1951, and
11HEREAS, it is the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
that such annual rental fee is not sufficient, and
WHERE9S, it is deemed reasonable and necessary that said
annual rental be increased.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO3.1:11SSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, knPTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That beginning April 1, 1956 the annual rental
for sewer connection charges for the aforesaid Julia Husbands, H. K.
R."eyers, C. Martin, V.P. Hall, F. B. Helsey, Jesse Toof, H. N. Hely,
A. G. Lowe, A. R. Herndon and Earle T. Shoup or their heirs or assigns,
be fixed in the amount of :;f50.00, said sum to be paid in advance each
year.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
