A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTRY CLUB OF PADUCAH TO
CONNECT ITS PRIVATE SEWER LINE TO THE CITY SEVIER LINE ON SOUTH
CENTRAL AVENUE, AND PROVIDING THE TERIJS AND CONDITIONS UNDER
WHICH SUCH CONNECTION SHALL BE MADE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C0111ISSIONERS OF TIE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1_ That subject to the herein set out terms and
conditions, permission is hereby granted to The Country Club of
Paducah to connect its private sewer line to the City sewer line
on South Central Avenue.
SECTION 2. For the privilege granted in Section 1 hereof,
The Country Club of Paducah is to pay to the City One Thousand
Dollars (;?1,000) in cash and, an annual rental fee of Twenty-five
Dollars (.;25.00) per year payable each year in advance.
SECTION 3. The sewer connection authorized in'Section 1
hereof shall be made and.constructed from plans approved in writing
by the City Engineer.
SECTION 4.. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
