A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
TO THE LEASE BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE CITY
DATED OCTOBER 25, 1954 COVERING THE PADUCAH SUB -DEPOT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Robert C. Cherry, Mayon.; of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf
of the City,:Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Lease between
the United States of America and the City of Paducah, Kentucky
covering the use and occupancy of the Paducah Sub -Depot.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
