McCRACKEN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, INC. FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE -BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky purchase
from McCracken Mortgage Corporation, Inc. the following described
land situated in the City of Paducah, County of McCracken and State
of Kentucky:
Beginning at a point where the south property line of
Brown Avenue intersects the east property line of Broad
Street; thence in an Easterly direction and along the
South property line of Brown Avenue, if extended, a
distance of 651; thence in a Northerly direction and
parallel with Brown Street 205?, more or less, to the
center line of Cross"Creek or the North property line
of the party of the first part; thence in a westerly
direction and along the north property line of the
party of the first part 651, more or less, to the East
property line of'Broad Street; thence in a southerly
direction and with the East property line of Broad
Street 205?, more -or less, to'point of beginning.
Said land being purchased for public purposes. The purchase price
to be paid by the City for said land is the sum of $500.00, and
upon receive of a deed from McCracken Mortgage Corporation, Inc.
conveying said land to the City of Paducah, and approved by the
Corporation Counsel, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to pay said sum to said McCracken Mortgage Corporation, Inc.
in full payment for said land.
SECTION.2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
