AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF J. M. CHICK FOR SALE
TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF CORRUGATED PETAL PIPE AND
SERtiZCES IN THE ERECTION OF SAVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CODR41ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM-IISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept
the bid of J. Pi. Chick in the amount of 014,288.50 for sale to the
City of Armco Multi -plate corrugated metal pipe and for erection
services as follows:
170 linear feet of 144 inch diameter, No. 5
gauge, at .:66.55 per linear foot, making a total
of ,,11,313.50, and the erection of same at 017.50
per linear foot, making a'total of :x2,975.00.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract tr_th J. I•I. Chick for the purchase
of the articles and services as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in.the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
