IN THE EXECUTION OF A DEED FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES TO THE C011101TUEALTH
OF KENTUCKY FOR THE USE AMID B&TEFIT OF THE DEPART1 ENT OF HIGHWAYS,
DESCRIBING THE PROPERTY TO BE CONVEYED AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AIU CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED THERETO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF 001,1 •iISSIONERS OF TILL CITY
Or, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky join with
the Paducah Airport Corporation and ilcCracken County, Kentucky in
the execution of a deed to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for the
use and benefit of the Department of Highways, conveying the
followinC described land

The following parcel of land lying immediately adjacent to the
existing 30 foot State Right of May line on the right or north
side of the centerline of said proposed public road, to the width
and between the stations shorn below:

SECTION 2. That the Iayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and empowered to execute, on behalf of tine City of
Paducah, Kentucky, a deed conveyinZ the land described in Section 1.
SECTION 3_ This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
