AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES
IN CERTAIN AREAS OF JOBLE PARK, AND PROVIDING PENALTY FOR THE
VIOLATION THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMIISSIOHERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person
to operate any motor vehicle in excess of five (5) miles
per hour in the parking areas of the baseball section of
Noble Park in the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. Any person violating the provisions of
Section 1, and upon conviction, shall lie subject to a fine
of not less than )5.00 nor more than ;;;25.00.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
