SECTION, 1. That the Cit;* of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of the Caskey Pontiac Company in the sura of ..?6,729.78, less
';;2,950.00 for trade-in on present police cars Mos. 3, 4, 5 and 7,
naking the total delivery cost of }5,579.76 for the sale to the
City of four ()) 1955 660 four -door Pontiac automobiles with
special heavy duty police equipment.
SECTION 2_ That the City 1- er be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said
automobiles as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTIOII 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remin on
file for public inspection for at least one (1) weel: in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force aryl effect ten (10) days thereafter.
