R-4 ZONE, AND A E (DING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT
SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINTED BY THE BOARD OF COI�JIiISSIOYiERS OF THE CI^1Y OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY^
SECTION 1_ That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
and Zoning Commission on July 20, 1955, entitled: "A RESOLUTION
CONSTI,PUT211G THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLATNING AND ZONING
COI•1-11ISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY BOUNDED BY NEI11
BELTLINE HIGHi9AY AND CHAKBLIN AVENUE, CULLY STREET, BROMIT AVEIIUE,
GREEN STREET 14UR_RAY AMNUE, OLIVE STREET AND EXISTING R -L; ZONEP7
be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the
matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby changed from R-3 and 11-1 to B-1•
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of
Brown Avenue and Cully Street; there e east with the
center line of Brown Avenue to the center line of Green
Street; thence south with the center line of Green
Street to the center line of i•Iurray Avenue; thence east
with the center line of i=iurray Avenue to the center line
of Olive Street; thence south with the center line of
Olive Street to the center line of Chamblin Avenue;
thence east with the center line of Chamblin Avenue
to the existing boundary of the R-3 Zone; thence south
with said boundary to the center line of the new Beltline
Highway right-of-way; thence northwest with the center
line of the new Beltline Highway -right of way to the center
line of Chamblin Avenue; thence west with the center line
of Chamblin Avenue to the center line of Hyi;iarsh Avenue;
thence northwest with the center line of Hymarsh Avenue
to the center line of Cully Street; thence north with
the center line of Cully Street to the Beginning.
SECTION 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the amp
referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled: "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN -
ZONING 1.1011 be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided
for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION LN. That if any section, paragraph or provision
of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or
invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section,
paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph
or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance
to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof sepa-
rable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.

SECT This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
