AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01•=•IISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, I'�dTUCKY:
SECTION 1_ That the City of Paducah accept the offer
of Thomas Ellison in the amount of :)45.00 cash for the purchase
of Lot Ito. 23 in Block No. 1 located on the north side of Allen
Street 485 feet best of Bridge Streets and the Mayor and City
Cleric are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behal=
of the City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall"be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
