AN ORDINANCE FIXING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR LOT CARE Ill OAK
GROVE CEPZ-;TERY AND FOR OTHER MINETERY SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01-avI3SIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the follovring fees be charged by the Superin-
tendent of Oak Grove Cemetery for lot care and other services:
Care of lots owned by organizations ----------",30-00 per year
Care of large lots ------------------------ _ --- 15.00 per year
Care of smaller lots vrith more than one grave -- 10.00 per year
Care of one grave ------------------------------ 4.00 per year
Charge for sodding grave ----------------------- 3,00 each
Charge for seeding lot ------------------------- 3.00
Charge for filling sunken graves --------------- 3.00 each
Charge for -removing grave mounds --------------- 3.00 each
Charge for other services �'2.00,per hour of
fraction thereof per man.
SECTION 2. All fees set out in Section 1 hereof shall be paid in
advance and shall be paid to the City Treasurer by the person desiring
any of the above services who shall present his .receipt to the
Cemetery Superintendent.
SECTION 3. The care of the cemetery lots shall be to keep the
lots mowed and trimmed when necessary and to remove any and all
dead trees.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
