AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO THOMAS ELLISON
i OF LOT NO. 24 IN BLOCI{ IIO. 1 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ALLEN STREET
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXE -CUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO1,11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer
of Thomas Ellison in the amount of r50.00 cash for the purchase
of lot No. 24 in Block No -1 located on the north side of Allen
Street 445 feet i -jest of Bridge Street; and the I•iayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and.on behalf
of the City of Paducah,a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
