HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 13, Page 359, No Ordinance Number359 ASAI ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING CONU�aSSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY LYING BETI^TEEPI BETHEL STREET AND TIIE CITY BOUNDARY SOUTH OF YEISER AVENUE, AND AASENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COT-UjISSIONERS OF TIM CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on April 20, 1955, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING C01-I111ISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY LYING BETIVTEEN BETHEL STREET AND THE CITY BOUNDARY SOUTH OF YEISER AVENUE", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby changed from R-3 to B-3: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Yeiser Avenue and the boundary line of the City of Paducah; thence west with the center line of Yeiser Avenue to the center line of Bethel Street; thence south with the center line of Bethel Street 595.5 feet, more or less•, to the center line of an alley; thence east with the center line of said alley to the boundary line of the City of Paducah; thence north with said boundary line to the beginning. SECTION �. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN - ZONING 14AP", be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTION 5.
