AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF A PORTION OF AN
ALLEY IN BLOCK "Olt IN GREGORY HEIGHTS ADDITION TO PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
AND AUTHORIZING THE CORPORATION COUNSEL TO INSTITUTE SUIT IN THE
McCRACKEN CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE PURPOSE OF HAVING SAID PORTION
OF SAID ALLEY LEGALLY CLOSED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COD241ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, IENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky does hereby
authorize the closing of the following portion of an alley in
Block 11010 in Gregory Heights Addition to Paducah, Kentucky:
All that portion of a 20 foot alley between
Lot No. 10 and Lot No. 11 in Block "0" in
Gregory Heights Addition to Paducah, Kentucky,
extending eastwardly 160 feet from the east
line of 38th Street, and being 20 feet vide.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered
and directed to institute a suit in the.McCracken Circuit Court
for a decree ordering the closing of the above alley pursuant
to the provisions of M3 94.360.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
