AIV ORDINANCE REPEALLIG AN ORDIIIAHCE ENTITLED: "ABI ORDINANCE
CREATING THE POSITION OF THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS, DESCRIBING
THE DUTIES OF SAID POSITION AND THE SALARY THEREOF", WHICH WAS
ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF C01,11ISSIONERS ON DECEMBER 2, 1952
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI,Il-IISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title quoted
above., which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on December
2, 1952, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
on and after the 1st day of -,-;ay, 1955.
