COMPANY, INC. FOR COMPLETION OF THE STORM SEWER BROJECT NO. KY
15 -CF -8
WHEREAS, heretofore by an ordinance adopted by the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky on December 23,
1952, a contract was awarded to D. W. Falls Construction Company,
Inc. for the construction of a Storm Sewer Project No. KY 15 -CF -8,
and
WHEREAS, said project was to be.completed by January 10, 1955,
and
WHEREAS, because of necessary court action the City of Paducah
was delayed in obtaining certain right -o£ -way needed for such con-
struction, which delay was not caused by the said D. W. Falls
Construction Company, Inc.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the time heretofore allotted the D. W. Falls
.01 Construction Company, Inc. for the construction and completion of the
Stmrm Sewer Project known as KY 15 -CF -8, be, and the same is hereby
extended from January 10, 1955 to February 11, 1955•
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
