AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: 'IAN ORDINANCE
CREATING THE POSITION OF CITY WEIGHMASTER, PRESCRIBING HIS DUTIES,
AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION WHICH HE SHALL RECEIVE FOR
HIS SERVICESn, WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS I `�
ON APRIL 30, 1946, AND AMENDED ON JANUARY 16, 1951
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title quoted
above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on April
30, 1946, and amended on January 16, 1951, be, and the same is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect'on and after April 16, 1955.
