HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 13, Page 28, No Ordinance Number2V AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE USE OF MOTOR TRUCKS WITH A CAPACITY IPI EXCESS OF ONE (1) TON ON CORNELL STREET BETWEEN 28th STREET AND THE OLD MAYFIELD ROAD, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CONIVLCSSIONERS OF THE CITY I , OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or corporation to operate a motor truck with a capacity in excess of one (1) ton on any portion of Cornell Street between 28th Street and the Old Mayfield Road. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $50.00 for each offense. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
