A LEASE BETI'TEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AMD THE CITY OF PADUCAII

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI-1•IISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, IiENTUCKY:
3ECTIO14 1. That the City Idanager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute a lease between the City of
Paducah and City of Paducah Municipal Housing Commission
wherein the Housing Commission agrees to lease to the City
certain office space in the Administration Building of Thomas
Jefferson Place, effective as of !;arch 25, 1955, at a monthly
rental of Ten (:10.00) Dollars, until such time as the Housing
Commission or the City shall give a thirty (30) day cancellation
notice.
SECTION 2. The office space so rented shall be used
for the purposes designated by the City I'_ailager.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full _force and
effect from and after its adoption.
