AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SPEED OF VEHICLES OPERATING
ON CORNELL STREET BETWEEN 28TH STREET AND THE OLD MAYFIELD ROAD,
AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm,
company or corporation to operate any motor vehicle on Cornell
Street between 28th Street and the Old Mayfield Road at a speed
in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation
violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not
less than 5$5.00 nor more than ;$50.00 for each offense.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4.. This ordinance shall be in'full_force and
effect from and after its adoption.
