AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF A PORTION OF
CO_lEY STREET IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CORPORATION COUNSEL TO INSTITUTE A SUIT IN THE %1CCRACKEN
CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE PURPOSE OF HAVING SAID PORTION OF SAID
STREET LEGALLY CLOSED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CORIEJ SSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KE11TUCKY;
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky does hereby
authorize the closing of the following set out portion of Coxey
Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky;
All that portion of Corey Street
lying between the east line of
Old 14ayfi eld Road and the West
end of Circle Street.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
directed to institute a suit in the RicCracken Circuit Court for
a decree ordering the closing of the above set out street pursuant
to the provisions of KRS 94.360.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
