HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 13, Page 267, No Ordinance Number267 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF A PORTION OF CIRCLE STREET IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE CORPORATION COUNSEL TO INSTITUTE A SUIT IN THE McCRACKEN CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE PURPOSE OF HAVING SAID PORTION OF SAID STREET LEGALLY CLOSED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMiYiISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky does hereby authorize the closing of the following set out portion of Circle street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky: All that portion of Circle Street lying between the east end of Coxey Street and the southerly right of way line of the Belt Line Highway, being all the remaining portion of Circle street not heretofore closed by ordinance. SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and directed to institute a suit in the I�IcCracken Circuit Court for a decree ordering the closing of the above set out street pursuant to the provisions of KRS 94.360. SECTION 3.
