All ORDINANCE PROHIBITING LOITERING IN THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PROVIDING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF M-11CSSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person
not having a legitimate business or visible means of
support to, in an idle, dissolute, disreputable or loafing
way, loiter around the streets or vrithin the limits of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. Any person violating the provisions of
this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to
serve not more than thirty (30) days in the city jail
or be fined in a sum not exceeding One Hundred(�100.00)
Dollars, or both.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
