AN ORDINANCE DECLARING NORTH FOURTH STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, A BOUNELARD FROM THE NORTH LINE OF JEFFERSON STREET TO THE SOUTH
LIME OF PARK AVENUE; REQUIRING ALL VEHICLES TO STOP BEFORE ENTERING OR CROSSING
SAID STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH OTHER STREETS; DESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR
ANY VIOLATION THEREOF AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREIA11TH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That North Fourth Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
from the north line of Jefferson Street to the South line of Park Avenue be, and
it is hereby, declared to be and is established as a boulevard and all vehicles
of every kind approaching said street at its intersection with other streets
shall come to a complete stop before proceeding to enter or to cross said
street or boulevard.
SECTION 2. Any person driving a vehicle or any person, firm, company
or corporation operating a vehicle in violation of any provision of this
ordinance shall upon conviction thereof befined not less than five dollars
05.00) nor more than twenty dollars (;?20.00) for each offense.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
