BE IT RESOLVED BY THE, BOARD OF CO dZSSIOPIERS OF TIE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTIOPI 1. That the Fiscal Court of McCracken County, Kentucky
be requested to petition the Department of Rever_ue of t':e Commonwealth
of Kentucky for a reappraisal of the properties situated in i._cCracken
County, Kentucky pursuant to the provisions of K_RS 132.670.
SECTIO:: 2. A certified copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded
by the City Clerk to the Judae of the KcCracken County* Fiscal Court.
SECTIOR 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
