HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 13, Page 224, No Ordinance Number224 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING A CERTAIN PORTION OF SOUTH 4TH STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, A ONE-WAY STREET, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON FEBRUARY 26, 1954• BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on February 26, 1954, be, and the same is hereby repealed. SECTION 2.
