BICYCLES PARKED OR LEFT IN VIOLATION HEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, BOARD OF COP11SSI011IERS OF THE CITY 0}F PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person at any time to park or leave a bicycle upon the public sidewalks of the City of Paducah, Kentucky for any period of time in excess of fifteen minutes. SECTION 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than :A.00 nor more than •.;5.00 for each offense, and each time any bicycle is parked of left in violation of Section 1 hereof shall be considered a separate offense. SECTIO:; 3_ In the event any person under the age of to years shall park or leave a bicycle on the public sidewalk of the City of Paducah in violation of Section 1 of this ordinance, then the parent or guardian of such person permitting, allowing or authorizing same shall be considered as having violated the provisions of such section. SECTION 4. Any bicycle parked or left upon the public widewalk of the City of -Paducah in violation of Section 1 of this ordinance is hereby declared to be an obstruction upon such sidewalk and a public nuisance; and any police officer of the "ity is hereby authorized to cause same to be removed to and impounded in a depository at or near the City Hall as may be designated by the City I•ianager or Chief of Police. SECTION 5. It is further provided that a service charge of ;)1.00 shall be paid to the City in addition to any fine which may be imposed before the release of any such impounded bicycle is authorized. SECTIOD 6. Any bicycle impounded under the provisions of Section 5 of this ordinance shall be held for a period of six (6) weeks and if unclaimed after that time shall be advertised and. sold. S3C:PIO- ?. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and 212 every section, paragraph and provision hereof separate from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTION 8.
