HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 13, Page 21, No Ordinance Number21 AN ORDIZAKCE REPEALIING AU ORDINANCE ADOPTED ON D ,CEI -MM 22, 1953 PADUCAII ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING", APPnOVIIG THE STREET AND THE CITY BOUdDAnY, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO!,-1,,ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on December 17, 1953, STREET AND THE CITY BOUNDARY", and an amendatory resolution adopted by said Commission on February 4, 1954 entitled: "A RESOLUTION RECALLING, AL23DING AND RESUBKITTIEG A RESOLUTIO ; ADOPTED DECWjBER 17, 1953 ENTITLED "A RESOLUTIC:' 32ND STREET AND THE CITY BOUVARY", be approved as the final report of said That an ordinance adopted by this Board of December 22, 1953 PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING", be, and it is hereby That the zone classification of the following property be, and changed from R-1 to R-3: Beginning at a point in the south line of Kinnich Avenue ;which lies 472.17 feet north 42 degrees 43 minutes 42 seconds east from the intersection of said line with the city boundary, which point of intersection is the northwest corner of property annexed by the City of Paducah on September 23, 1952; thence north 46 degrees 45 minutes nest 50 feet to a point in the north line of Kinnich Avenue; thence Korth 11 degrees 44 minutes 48 seconds west along the city boundary 406 feet to a point; thence north 87 degrees 15 minutes 12 seconds east along said city boundary 128.21 feet to a point; thence south 3 degrees 54 minutes 222 seconds east 256.73 feet to a point; thence south 46 degrees 45 minutes east 107.39 feet to a point in the south line of hinnich Avenue; thence south 42 degrees 43 minutes 42 seconds west along said south line of linnich Avenue to the beginning. zz SICTIOII 4• That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAIT - ZONIPIG i• AP" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 3 hereof. SECTIO: 5. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTIO.? 6. That this ordinance scall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
